Allergy Technician / Allergy Treatment Coordinator – Virginia
MedAllergy is seeking a skilled and motivated Allergy Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated medical professional who thrives in a semi-autonomous clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or LPN required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience in a clinical setting
- Allergy experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform allergy skin prick and intradermal testing
- Prepare and mix allergen immunotherapy vials
- Administer weekly allergy injections in accordance with protocols
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure safety compliance
- Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards

MedAllergy was formed in 2012 and assists allergy practices to achieve better patient outcomes

pharmacy prepared specific immunotherapy prescriptions.
